BK®-100A is an organoclay (tetraallkyl ammonium bentonite) for solvent-based systems of low, medium and high polarity.
Advantages:
☆ High gelling efficiency over low,medium and high polarity organic liquids.
☆ Easy of incorporation.No need for polar activator or making pregel.
☆ Consistent in rheology and excellent thixotropy development.
☆ Easy of dispersion especially in styrene and alcohol solvent. Dust-free addition.
☆ Excellent anti-sagging property and anti-sediment property.
☆ Can replace fumed silica in epoxy resin systems and unsaturated resin systems with better thixotropy performance and more economical price.
☆ Upgrade version of BK-100.
