Application：
（1）Antineoplastic drugs. It is suitable for the treatment of liver cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, breast cancer and head and neck cancer. There may be bone marrow suppression. Side effects such as gastrointestinal and local skin reactions were similar to those of fluorouracil. Alkaline phosphatase, serum transaminase, serum bilirubin and lactate dehydrogenase were also increased.
（2）It is used as a mitotic inhibitor in dorsal root ganglion cell proliferation, glial cell proliferation and non-neuronal cell culture. It inhibits DNA synthesis by pre-inhibiting thymidine synthase.
