Hydrogenation corrosion inhibitor STD-12
STD-12 hydrogenation corrosion inhibitor is an oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor with dual functions of neutralization and film formation. It can not only neutralize acidic components, but also its film-forming components can be adsorbed on the metal surface to form a mechanical barrier to prevent corrosive media from corroding the base metal, thereby effectively reducing the corrosion of hydrogenation equipment (including chemical stripping towers) and extending the service life of the equipment. In addition, the additive also has anti-scaling and descaling effects.
Properties
This additive is a colorless or light yellow oily liquid, alkaline, and irritating to the human body.
Uses
This additive is specially used for corrosion protection of cracking gasoline hydrogenation units (including sulfurized stripping towers) to extend the service life of equipment.
Precautions
1. Injection amount: The injection amount is generally 30ppm-100ppm (based on the cracking gasoline processing amount). 100ppm can be added first and run for 7 days to allow the film component to form a protective film on the surface of the equipment. Then gradually reduce to 30ppm-50ppm. Maintain uniform and continuous injection.
2. Injection point: Hydrogen sulfide stripping tower overhead distillate pipeline
Addition method: This additive can be directly added to the system with a plunger metering pump, or it can be diluted with a solvent to a certain concentration of solution as needed.
Packaging
This additive is packaged in plastic barrels with a net weight of 160 ± 0.5 kg.
Safety protection
Store in a cool and low temperature place, avoid contact with fire or heat sources. In case of fire, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
