Cracked gasoline inhibitor STD-3
Cracked gasoline inhibitor STD-3 can effectively prevent the oxidation and polymerization of unsaturated hydrocarbons in cracked gasoline, prevent the formation of colloids, and improve the stability of cracked gasoline. This additive has good thermal stability and strong water resistance. It dissolves in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons and does not contain halogens and heavy metal elements.

This additive appears as a red oily liquid, is alkaline, and is irritating and corrosive to the human body
Uses
This additive is mainly used for the anti-oxidation of cracked gasoline in ethylene plants and the anti-oxidation of liquid fuel oil in refineries to improve the stability of oil.

2. When used on the production site, the general addition concentration is 20~100ppm (based on the product). You can add
100ppm first, and then gradually reduce it to 50ppm after running for several days, observe the effect, decide to increase or decrease, and determine the best addition amount;
3. The addition location needs to be based on the system’s anti-oxidation requirements to ensure that the additive and process medium are fully mixed when entering the equipment;
4. This additive can be added to the system evenly and continuously using a plunger metering pump. It can also be diluted to a certain concentration with a solvent as needed before use.
Packaging
This additive is packaged in a plastic-lined iron barrel with a net weight of 160±0.5 kg.

This additive is non-toxic. It should be protected from sunlight, rain and impact during transportation. It should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place, away from heat and fire sources.
