Process water inhibitor STD-10B
Process water inhibitor STD-10B is a multifunctional additive with the following characteristics: synergistic effect, can control corrosion of multiple materials at the same time; and has corrosion inhibition, anti-scaling (removal) and demulsification effects.
1. It can disperse and remove insoluble inorganic salts in water, prevent and interfere with the deposition and scaling of insoluble inorganic salts on the metal surface, and maintain good heat transfer effect of metal equipment;
2. It can effectively break water-in-oil emulsions, shorten the oil-water separation time, and reduce the oil content in water;
3. It can interfere with the electrochemical corrosion of corrosive ions in water, prevent or reduce the corrosion rate of metals, and its main function is to prevent corrosion by forming a protective film on the metal surface.
Properties
Process water inhibitor LT-10B is an alkaline compound, does not contain halogens and heavy metal elements, will not produce negative effects, and can be soluble in water.
Applications
It is mainly used for inhibitors with organic amines as the main component. It is suitable for corrosion inhibition, anti-scaling, descaling, water cleaning and demulsification of industrial circulating water or process water systems.
Notes
1. Dosage: The most suitable dosage of STD-10B process water inhibitor is 10~80ppm. In order to obtain the best application effect, it is best to clean the equipment in advance and regularly observe and analyze the impurity content and parameters in the original system. Generally speaking, when the impurity content (such as, metal ions, etc.) in the system is high and the parameters (such as temperature, pressure, load, etc.) are harsh, and the oil content is high, the usage is relatively large, otherwise it is relatively low.
Usually, the inlet and outlet temperature and pressure drop of the equipment after the injection point should be recorded and analyzed to timely understand the application effect of STD-10B and adjust the usage.
2. Location and method of adding additives: Use an injection pump to inject STD-10B into the system. Be careful not to mix it with other additives. In order to make the additives evenly dispersed in the material, the injection point is best selected at the suction end of the feed pump. When transporting additives, avoid using polymer materials such as rubber hoses, because the active ingredients in the additives have a swelling effect on polymer materials. It is best to use stainless steel hoses.
3. Precautions during operation: Do not contact eyes and skin. If it sticks to the skin or invades the eyes, rinse with plenty of water. If serious, go to hospital for treatment immediately.

This additive is packaged in plastic barrels with a net weight of 200 ± 0.5 kg
Safety protection
Store in a cool and low temperature place, avoid contact with fire or heat sources. In case of fire, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
