Quick cooling water purifier STD-19
Quick cooling water purifier STD-19 is a cationic surfactant. It contains elements such as N, P and S, and has the functions of demulsification, corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition. This additive can effectively break water-in-oil emulsions, shorten the oil-water separation time, and can inhibit corrosion of equipment. It is miscible with water and is effective in a wide range of pH values.
Properties
This additive appears as a colorless or light yellow oily liquid with stable performance, alkaline, and irritating to the human body.
Uses
This additive can be used for demulsification and corrosion inhibition of quenching water and process water in olefin plants and refineries, and can also be used for sewage treatment in olefin plants, refineries, steel plants and power plants.
Precautions
1. Before production site experiments and use, the compatibility test of this additive and the medium should be carried out;
2. During production site experiments and use, the general addition concentration is 10~25ppm (based on product). You can add 25ppm first, run it for several days, and then gradually reduce it to 15ppm, observe the effect, decide to increase or decrease, and determine the best addition amount;
3. The addition location needs to be determined according to the characteristics and requirements of the system, and the additive and process medium should be fully mixed when entering the equipment;
4. This additive can be added to the system evenly and continuously with a plunger metering pump. It can also be diluted with water to a solution of a certain concentration as needed.
Packaging
This additive is packaged in a plastic-lined iron barrel or plastic barrel with a net weight of 160kg.
Safety protection
Store in a cool and low-temperature place, avoid contact with fire or heat sources. In case of fire, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
