Product Description

Easy application. It is easy to apply the adhesive evenly on the bonding surface and no adhesive legging occurs.
Applicationfor use
1,Surface preparation: the grease, dust, moisture, rust on the bonding surface must be cleaned off. Make sure that the surface must be dry during rainy days, or it will cause non-stick atmosphere.
2,Pour adhesive on the two bonding surface separeately and spread it with brush or scraper. To achieve the best bonding performance, the application should be done toward the same direction and evenly.
4,After application of the adhesive, enough time should be given to let the solvent evaporate completely to avoid bubble or stickiness. The airing time is about 5 -8 minutes/25C and varies from the temperature, humidity and adhesive film. The bonding can be done after the surface is dry by touch. For porous materials, you can bond directly after application of the adhesive.
5,The application should be done once and for all. Aim the two surfaces, bond together and press. Don’t move the bonding surfaces back and forth, or the bonding effect will be affected.
