Overview
Hot Melt Tape or Hot Melt Packaging Tape is also named as Synthetic Rubber Tape. It is BOPP film coated with Synthetic Rubber adhesive and used for some typical applications. It has superior adhesion properties, especially high peeling adhesion and holding power, which make it to have perfect performance in sealing the recycled paperboard box. The features are:

Hot Melt Hand roll is normally used for some typical situations due to its special features of higher peeling adhesion and higher shear value than Water Base Acrylic Tape. It is widely used in factories, logistical centers, courier companies, etc. Based on the different application purposes, the formulation of Hot Melt Bopp Tape can be adjusted. For example, the recycled cartons, low temperature, high humidity, heavy duty packaging, etc, will require different features of the tape so its formulation will be adjusted before mass production in order to meet the packaging requirements.
