Raw materials preparation
Emulsion acrylic adhesive is composed of the following raw materials: polyacrylate emulsion, plasticizer dioctyl phthalate, emulsifier OP-25, antifreeze ethylene glycol, quartz sand, rosin toluene solution, thickener polyacrylamide , water-based silicone oil, appropriate amount of deionized water and ammonia, cross-linking agent TAC, modified nano-calcium carbonate, initiator dicumyl peroxide.
Mix different materials and reaction in an reactors
Mix acrylic polymer, surfactant, and other additives control to the adhesion performance, suspend in water, and then processes of emulsification reaction, polymerization reaction, neutralization reaction, and original oxidation reaction are carried out in reactors under normal temperature and pressure. The present invention adopts water activated adhesive polymerization process.
Package
Pack the emulsion acrylic adhesive tape with plastic or iron drums after filtering and cold down.
