Solubility: can be dissolved in any proportion of water
Properties And Advantages
☆ This product is a high efficient smooth softener, , less dosage, especially suitable for polyester fiber, cellulose fiber, nylon, protein fiber and its blends handle feeling treatment;
☆ After treatment, the fiber can reach the effect of instant hydrophilic;
☆ Suitable for continuous process techniques, will not stick roll;
☆ Optimum efficiency at high temperature, low yellowing.
Usage
This product is of high efficient and concentration softening agent , used after diluting 10times (1:10), without emulsifiers. Example: add 50% acetic acid into original fluid (the content of acetic acid is 0.2--0.5%), stirring evenly, adding water speed can be slow to fast, finally, it will become the colorless and transparent liquid or with a slight blue emulsion.
Note: Please do not stir too fast, otherwise it will be much foam.
☆After diluting, the product can be used by exhausting and continuous padding
Exhausting : 2—5%(OWf),30—40°C/15--30min; PH=4.5-6.5
Bath ratio:15--40;
Padding : 20—80g/l
Package And Storage
50kgs or 120kgs per plastic drum. Should be stored in a cool ventilated place, to avoid sun exposure, the storage period is one year.
