Compared to the same viscosity of dimethyl silicone fluid, phenyl methyl siliconefluid has higher coefficient of viscosity-temperature, lower freezing point and higher flash point.
The most commonly used high temperature silicone fluids are phenyl silicone fluids. When the phenyl group in the polysiloxane replaces the methyl group, oxidation resistance, thermal stability, and shear resistance are all improved. The phenyl group is usually introduced by a phenylmethylsiloxane or a diphenylsiloxane.
phenyl methyl silicone oilwith high phenyl content by SiSiB, a relaible silicone producer, is used as heat exchange fluid, dielectric coolants, base silicone diffusion pump oil for high temperature fluid and chromatographic stationary phases. The higher the phenyl content, the better the high temperature thermal stability. Refractive index also increases with phenyl concentrations.

SiSiB® PC19816 (Phenyl Trimethicone) has good compatibility which can improve the performance of a variety of cosmetic formulations. It is often used in cosmetics and beauty products functioning as an anti-foaming agent, hair conditioning agent and skin-conditioning agent.

SiSiB® PF8250
SiSiB® PF8250 is polyphenylmethyldimethylsiloxane, which is similar to Dow's DC-510, Shin-Etsu's KF-50. It has low viscosity, low freezing point, heat resistance, relatively high flash point, expansion coefficient, superior electrical performance (anti-corona, the average high pressure).
SiSiB® PF8255
SiSiB® PF8255 is polyphenylmethyldimethylsiloxane, which is similar to Dow's DC-550, Shin-Etsu's KF-54. It has a good miscibility with other organic resins, suitable for skin protection and soften, and is used for high-temperature heat carrier or as insulation oil, high-temperature heating oil bath and base oil.

Silicone Diffusion Pump Fluid SiSiB® PF8704 is a single component fluid designed for high vacuum applications, which is equal to Dow's DC-704, Shin-Etsu's HIVACF-4. Its low vapor pressure and thermal stability make it popular in processes such as vacuum coating, metallurgical work.
SiSiB® PF8705
Silicone Diffusion Pump Fluid SiSiB® PF8705 is a single component fluid designed for ultrahigh vacuum applications, which is equal to Dow's DC-705, Shin-Etsu's HIVACF-5. It has the highest phenyl content of all silicone diffusion pump fluids and the best resistance to radiation.
