3M 94 primer
Silicone Primer CL-14A
CL-14A one component, it’s a surfactant for sticking silicone rubber with double side tapes and adhesives stickers. After brushing this primer on the silicone surface which can be glued as preferable with double side tapes.
Application:
Electric products, House furnishings, Medical products etc.
Mainly used for silicone rubber foot pad and silicone protecting products.
Main component:
Silicone reinforcing agent
High molecular weight organosilicone；
Organic solvent.
Physical Properties：
Appearance: Liquid pasty
Specific Gravity: 0.7
Method of application:
1. The surface of the silicone rubber should be cleaned with toluene.
2. Brushing and coating the primer on the silicone surface. It can be dried at room temperature for 3~5munites in the dust-free plant.
3. Pressing with stickers or double-sides tapes, compaction by rolling with laminating machine or wood rollers.
4. Place the pressed products at room temperature. its viscosity will come to the best after 24 hours.
5. This product contains flammable solvents. When storage and use it, keep in an airy palce and away from heat and open flame place.
