IR Curing Oven for Turnkey UV Automatic Plastic Painting Line
Introduction of IR Oven:
material: sandwich board, inside is SS;
temperature: ambient-80°C adjustable, with hot air circulation fan;
temperature sensor: availabe for alarm;
heaters: quartz tube
Introduction of UV Oven:
1. Main body of UV oven is made of sandwich board with insulation.
2. UV Oven is specially is uded for curing of light curing coatings.
3. Due to UV curing under normal temperature, it is applicable for various items and there is not need to give direct heating as it is one type of light curing.
4. Generally, UV curing only takes 20sec so it can save area, energy, investment and running cost.
5. Life span of UV lamp is 1500-2000h. Furthermore, 15-20% of the UV will disappear in its final period. Therefore, the reflection cover should be cleaned up regularly.
