Epoxy Shop Primer (Iron Red)
The epoxy shop primer paintis composed of iron oxide red, epoxy resin, anti-rust pigment, filler, solvent, etc. The paint is fast-drying. After 5-10 minutes on the steel pretreatment line, the steel can be hoisted and stacked, and various primers and topcoats can be sprayed immediately with good rust resistance. The paint has good compatibility with substrates, good welding performance, and a small burn area. It is suitable for ferrous metal pretreatment assembly line operation and is the most ideal paint for vehicles, shipbuilding, and large machinery.

Epoxy shop primer contains epoxy resin and antirust pigment. It cures fast and used for the pretreatment of iron and steel production lines.
What is difference between epoxy shop primer and epoxy zinc rich shop primer?
Epoxy shop primer is with iron oxide as an antirust pigment. It is used for a normal corrosion environment, and the price is cheaper than zinc shop primer. Epoxy zinc shop primer is used for the harsh environments on steel structures, with better anti-corrosion properties.
