Asphalt antifouling coatingis one component, it is formulated with asphalt, solvent, extender pigment and additives. It has excellent water resistance and good antifouling property by preventing ocean creatures from fouling the boat bottom. Asphalt antifouling paint is low cost and good performance, used mainly for antifouling of middle and small size boats sailing in seawater, and for dock facilities and another surface to prevent from fouling of marine growths.
Advantages of Asphalt Antifouling Paint (for ships)
Effectively prevent ship bottom from fouling with marine growths such as barnacle, oyster, lime insects, bryozoan and algae, etc.
Remain a smooth ship bottom and do not affect the speed of ship so that this can save fuel. It also can provides ease of application.
