Anodizing produces a thinner but incredibly hard surface that’s highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion. While the anodized layer is more brittle than powder coating, it offers excellent protection against environmental factors and maintains its appearance longer.

Standard Test Method For Itemizer
In the above tests, 0.8mm cold rolled steel plates with oil and rust removal were used. The film thickness was 40 ~ 80um,and the performance index of .the film would change slightly with different gloss.
This product does not contain arsenic, selenium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, antimony, cadmium and otherheavy metals, and meets RoHS requirements.
Storage conditions: dry at about 35°C, stored in the ventilated room, avoid direct sunlight. Under these conditions, thepowder can be stored for 12 months, product can still be used after re -examined to be in good condition evenif it isfound to be expired.
