Characteristics: White crystalline powder. Smell-less, little bitter taste. Melt down when the temperature is about 292 degreesCelcius and decompound. 10% solution's PH value is 5.5~7.0, Soluble in water . almost does not dissolve in ethanol and ether.
Use: Nutritional supplement, Medicines Intermediates.
