Laboratory Hot Air Humidity Oven

“TEMPO”make humidity ovens are manufactured and design for electrical & electronic industries for testing components and equipment as per ISO 9000:2015 Testing cement, batteries, cigarettes, or any other material demanding controlled temperature & humidity. It is also used in industries like pharmaceutical for accelerating ageing, food & beverage, packing, department of botany, cytology, plant & animal breeding.

Construction

“TEMPO”make humidity oven is double walled constructed with backside as a triple wall. The 3” thick PUF insulation ensures a stable temperature and humidity & also a reduction in energy consumption. The motorized blower is at the back side of the chamber to develops a unique air flow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature & humidity condition inside the chamber. The unique air flow assures quick recovery after door openings.

Controlling System

The temperature is controlled by means of imported microprocessors based autotune PID controller with CE mark & dual display of set value & process value. The humidity is controlled by means of imported microprocessors based autotune PID controller with CE mark & dual display of set value & process value with direct %RH.

Air Circulation

The motorized blower at the backside of the chamber develops a unique air ow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature and humidity condition inside the chamber. The unique airflow assures quick recovery after the doors are opened.

Heating System

High-quality U shape SS tubular heaters are used for better heating.

Humidity System

Steam injection system (non-condensing type) & reservoir tank with water level arrangement with indicator.

Features

The full view observation glass/acrylic door a gasket is provided to observe sample inside the chamber. The interior working area is illuminated.
The specially designed adjustable stainless steel rod trays ensure uniform temperature distribution.

Safety Features

Additional safety thermostat to cut of dry heater supply in case temperature of overshoot. Float switch to cut off the wet heater supply in case of low water level. Audio & visual alarm are provided.
