模具硅胶用途：
矽利康（RoomTemperatureVulcanization）有机硅室温双组份模具胶简称。这是一种双组份化合物。它的硫化是在室温下进行，只要加入适量的固化剂（催化剂）两组化合物在催化剂的存在下交联反应，形成有柔韧、弹性的胶体，因而适用于玻丽树脂（POLYSTER）环氧树脂（EPOXY），Pu发泡树脂，石膏、水泥、蜡烛、电子等工艺厂、玩具厂、电子厂、灯具厂、丝印厂、蜡烛厂、生产装饰工艺品及复制产品、制造模具。
模具硅胶特色：
模具硅胶625，具有优异的流动性，良好的操作性，不变形、耐高温、耐酸碱，不膨胀,拉力好，撕裂强度好，翻模次数多，可反复使用，适合精密细小或复杂花纹的中小件产品.并且容易脱模,收缩率可以达到千分之二。
模具硅胶操作：
硅胶模具有三种开模方式：包模，涮模，灌注模。包模操作方法：模具硅胶是流动的白色液体，分两二组：Ａ组是硅胶，Ｂ是固化剂，例如１００克硅胶加入２％固化剂搅拌均匀，倒入围好的模种里面，放到抽空机进行抽真空，抽完真空让模具硅胶自然固化．
