◆Performance:
-IS 7020 is a mixture of polymerized sulfur and orthorhombic sulfur insoluble in rubber, which can prolong the scorch time of rubber compound, prevent the migration of sulfur and improve the viscosity of rubber surface;
-IS 7020 is pollution-free and does not change the color.
◆Application:
-IS 7020 is generally used in unsaturated rubber formulations with high sulfur content, especially when the number of added parts exceeds the solubility of soluble sulfur;
-IS 7020 is widely used in various tires due to its low migration rate, uniform dispersion and long scorch time;
-IS 7020 can also be used in vulcanized rubber products with high requirements for performance.
◆Packaging:Paper/plastic packages with a net weight of 25kg per package.
◆Transportation Condition:Meet the general transportation conditions of chemicals and avoid mixing with alkaline substances.
9035-99-8 –Physico-chemical Properties
| Molecular Formula | S |
| Molar Mass | 32.065 |
| Use | Mainly as an Advanced Accelerator and vulcanizing agent in the rubber industry are widely used in the production and manufacture of tires and other rubber composite products, such as tire carcass compound, buffer compound, white sidewall compound and tire, rubber, such as rubber tube, adhesive tape and the skeleton material in the adhesive. It can also be used in rubber products such as cables, rubber rollers, oil seals, rubber shoes, etc., and also used in light-colored rubber products with large sulfur consumption. Due to the insoluble sulfur can make the meridian, steel wire and rubber paste more firmly, effectively prevent the rubber spray Frost, improve the heat resistance and wear resistance of the tire. Therefore, insoluble sulfur is an essential raw material in tire production. |
