山东富利源汽车弹簧有限公司（以下简称公司），是按现代企业制度于2002年6月6日建立的新型股份制公司，主要生产经营汽车钢板弹簧、扭杆和驱动杆。公司占地面积40000平方米，建筑面积1.5万平方米，拥有现代化的钢构厂房和办公楼。公司坐落在山东淄博高新区付山工业园，南临济青高速公路，西靠205国道，距付山铁路转运站仅1公里，交通便利，物流快捷，非常有利于公司的长远发展。 公司以科技为先导，技术力量雄厚，全套采用山东中元自动化设备有限公司制造的国内领先的汽车板簧生产线，拥有国内一流的弹簧设计及装备人才。是中国汽车工程学会悬架专业委员会成员之一，可参与汽车主机厂进行汽车悬架的联合设计。承揽各种车型钢板弹簧的设计和制造业务。现具备钢板弹簧2.4万吨的年生产能力。公司专门聘请日本专家参与管理，推行JIT生产方式，采用流水线作业，形成环形封闭生产链，严格按照ISO9000标准建立和完善质量保证体系，从投料、冷工、热工、热处理、喷丸、组装、预压、分选到涂装一次完成。公司同时与山东理工大学联合组建汽车悬架试验室，并进行长期技术合作。科技含量高，自动化程度高，制造精度高，数字化、智能化是公司生产装配的强势所在，因而对产品质量和成本控制提供了有力保障.
