Ningbo xiongzhen precision casting co.,ltd. Is a smart foundry ,Website:, located in Ningbo , east of China. Xiongzhen was founded in 2002 year , focus on working custom fabrication investment casting and lost wax casting parts , according customer’s drawing. Mainly material in carbon steel , ie. Aisi 1010 ,1020 ,Q235,C45 and so on. Alloy steel : 42CrMo , 40Cr and so on. Stainless steel : SS304 ,SS316 , SS321 and so on. With development of 15 years , xiongzhen has about 50skilled worker and have ability of 30 ton every month. The main job is 1-mold working by ourselves , 2-wax injection ,3- shell assemble , 4-de-wax the shell 5, baking the shell and cast and pouring the steel into shell , 6- cleaning the grinding cast-gate , shot blasted . 7-machining and packing . To keep quality products , xiongzhen purchase the spectrum , tensile strength machine , hardness test and so on instrument , so that to meet customer’s request.
