九洲普惠集团公司，成立于1996年，位于佛山市南海区，占地面积11.5万平方米。拥有80,000平方米的标准厂房和办公室以及1000多名员工，
旗下有三家下属企业，分别是：
广州九亚风机设备制造有限公司，于2013年，由九洲普惠集团公司设立于广州天河区，全面负责旗下所有品牌（九洲普惠、科叶、爱美信）的全系列产品线（工业风机和风扇，冷风机，雾化降温机，新风系统，电动机等）的市场策划和营销工作。
广州市科叶环保科技有限公司：专门负责九洲普惠冷风机（环保空调或水冷空调）产品的研究设计和生产工作。
广东爱美信电器有限公司，专门负责九洲普惠的雾化降温机（空气增湿器）和新风系统的研究设计和生产工作。
从集团公司成立伊始，九洲普惠始终将低碳绿色环保理念贯穿产品的设计和生产环境当中，努力向全球客户提供高效、节能、安全、可靠的产品，公司长期与多所大专院校开展技术研发合作和人才培养项目，非常注重对产品研发和生产设备的人力和物力投入。工厂拥有激光、等离子、加工中心、压铸、动平衡等通用及数控设备及精密的量具与检测仪器；建有多条先进的生产线，全面运用CAD、CAXA 辅助设计系统，应用MGS、CAT自动测试系统，建有风机气动性能检测中心和电动机性能检测中心。公司不断研发新品，自行设计的产品业已获得多项专利和资质证书，以及CB / CE / SASO / UL ....等各种产品和消防安全认证，目前，目前，产品不仅销往全国各地，也出口到西欧，南美，中东，非洲，东亚和东南亚等70多个国家和地区。
