Xi’an High-tech AEH Industrial Metrology Co., Ltd, invested by Germany AEH in 1997, which is specialised in manufacturing coordinate measuring machine, is the first CMM manufacturer with own-patented intellectual property right. With its new R&D centre over 15000m2 put into use in Xi’an Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, which contains many attached facilities meeting international standards, ensures the yearly production capacity over 800 sets CMM. With the technical source from Germany R&D center infused into the technology of AEH, our earnest working style ensures the supreme internal quality of our products. We developed our own patented AC-DMIS measuring software which has passed German PTB certificate.
