Haixun Packaging and Delivery System for sale
The system can only be logged in with accounts and passwords. As it has assigned special accounts for use by special persons, its security is highly guaranteed. It can avoid chaos effectively.
The software comes with two sets of systems, namely the checking system and the packaging system. By logging into the checking system, you can first check whether there is any error or missing with the plates, So as to eliminate the errors and reduce the losses fundamentally.
Then, you can import the plate data to show the total number of orders and the specific information of the plates in details, making data and information clear at a glance.
The system enables you to check multiple orders simultaneously, which can save tedious steps and realize one-stop service.
The system enables you to check the plates one by one by scanning the labels with a scanning gun, which can avoid any error of missing of the plates and guarantee an qualified accuracy rate.
The system displays the well-tested plates in the zone of “checked plates” so as to facilitate classification and identification.
The upper right corner indicates the specific information, such as order information number, plate number, plate name and inspection status. The system will give prompt in case of a certain code being scanned repeatedly so as to avoid wrong delivery.
The wrong plates detected will be displayed in the zone of “temporary storage plates” to facilitate later identification.
After the inspection, the system will switch to the Haixun furniture packaging system.
By scanning the code, you can package the selected order. You can import the inspected orders directly, or import the external orders that don't need to be inspected at your own choice.
The system provides a variety of packaging methods, enabling you to choose packing by order or packing by cabinet body according to the actual situations.
The software supports setting of unit weight and can display the packaging weight and area directly.
The system allows you to select the number of packages freely
The system supports packaging by unit cabinet and separated packaging for different unit cabinets to avoid chaos.
The red letter in the upper right corner indicates the plate already scanned, which is clear and eye-catching.
After completion of packaging, you can select the packages for label printing. Labels make the packages easy to distinguish.
