Ultra Clear Patterned Solar Glass
Ultra Clear Patterned Solar GlassThickness: 3.2mm, 4.0mmApplications: Cover glass for photovoltaic modules Cover glass for solar thermal collectors / solar water heaters Greenhouse roof and wall●MIGO Ultra Clear Patterned/Textured Solar Glass is an Extra Clear Low Iron glass formed with a prismatic pattern on one side and a matt pattern on the other side. This ensures the highest light and energy transmission over the whole solar spectrum. ●Combined with the excellent mechanical and thermal characteristics, MIGO Ultra Clear Patterned/Textured Solar Glass is the product of choice for PV modules and solar collectors. MIGO Ultra Clear Patterned Solar Glass ensures non-blinding reflection and a better aesthetics to the solar modules.●MIGO Ultra Clear Patterned Solar Glass is fully tempered as per EN12150. Meanwhile, anti-reflective coating can be deposited on the matt side of glass to increase light transmittance by 2%.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSLight Transmittance3.2mm (1/8"): 91.6%; 4.0mm ( 5/32"): 91.5%Solar Transmittance3.2mm (1/8"): 91.1%; 4.0mm ( 5/32"): 90.9%Thickness tolerance ±0.2mmDimension tolerance ±1.0mmDiagonal difference ≤0.1-0.2%Iron content (Fe2O3) ≤120ppmOverall Bow/warp ﹤0.2%Local warp ≤ 0.3mm / 300mmFragmentation Test ≥79 particles within 50x50mmMECHANICAL & THERMAL CHARACTERISTICSScratch hardness 4~5 Poisson’s Ratio 0.2 Density 2.5×10³ kg/m³ Tensile Strength 42N/mm2 Pressure resistance 700-900N/mm² Four Point Bending Test ≥146.7 N/mm² Coefficient of thermal conduction ≤ 1.36 W/(m*K)
