1.raw material
90% of the raw materials for our products is radiata pine, 5% chinese fir, and 5% pinus sylvestris, all three species have good anti-deformation properties.in contrast with chinese fir and pinus sylvestris products,radiata pine products have a longer life,therefore, we mainly use radiata pine as raw material, and the radiata pine what we use was imported primarily from new zealand and chile.
2.processing
all of our products are treated to resist cracking, after 2-3 times of painting, the surface is polished with hand sand craft,to ensure the smooth surface of the product. after completing these two steps, we spray-paint the product,to increase the gloss of products.
3.packing
we use recyclable wood for each small bundle as care pad firstly, then use pvc plastic film packaging.finally, we again use recyclable wood to reinforce the packing.
