Teflon bellows expansion joint is an industrial instrument, used in the pipeline system of strong corrosive medium to compensate the displacement and installation deviation of thermal expansion and contraction, and reduce the vibration of the pipeline system.

Basic parameters

①Nominal pressure MPa: -0.01, -0.05, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.25, 0.6, 1; 　②Nominal diameter and compensation amount are shown in the table below; 　③Working temperature is -50～150℃, when it exceeds 150℃, The supply and demand parties agree to resolve.

Steel lined PTFE expansion joint

The outer body is stainless steel metal expansion joint lined with PTFE. It can withstand various concentrations of acid, alkali, and salt, and has the advantages of stainless steel expansion joint pressure, and it is not afraid of collisions.　 Pressure rating: PN0.6, 1.0, 1.6MPa 　; 　 Operating temperature: ≤180℃.

Spraying type PTFE expansion joint

The outer body is a stainless steel metal expansion joint, and the inside is sprayed with fluorine materials such as Halar ECTFE, F40, and PFA. In terms of corrosion resistance, it is slightly worse than steel lined PTFE compensator or medium pressure net sleeve PTFE expansion joint. DN25-DN3000mm can be provided; 　wave number is not limited, length ≤3000mm 　 fatigue times: ≥10000 times 　 pressure rating: PN0.25-2.5MPa 　 operating temperature: ≤180℃

Medium pressure mesh sleeve PTFE expansion joint

The outer body is a stainless steel metal braided mesh, and the inner is PTFE. It can withstand various concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents. The market is available for DN25~DN600mm, and the number of continuous fatigue is more than 5000 times. Pressure rating: PN0.6MPa, PN1.0MPa. Operating temperature: ≤200℃.

Rubber PTFE composite expansion joint

Generally, according to the requirements of the user, it is made to be relatively pressure-resistant and temperature-resistant.

Pure PTFE Expansion Joint

Generally used on low pressure pipelines. Pressure rating: PN0.01-0.6MPa, the connecting material at both ends is generally carbon steel flanges, and various non-standard flanges can be customized according to customers. Other materials are plastic and stainless steel.
