PPGL has double protection.one is galvanized steel or galvanumed steel,Website: is color coating material.the last coveres and protectes steel,it’s a very good for preventing rust.Also it makes steel’s good life time increase by 1.5 times.PPGL sheet is more durible then PPGI steel plate.Surface treatment:passivity, Oiling, The seal, Phosphate, Not handleRoll or sheet3.1-4.8t/coil with iron packaged.Composition contentC-0.041, SI-0.018, MN-0.187, P-0.011, S-0.006transportation and storage：1.Please keep steel coil in house.It's not better for store of outside.Dew is always exist in the place with big temperature difference.2.To avoid all kinds of corrosion,Please keep all coils in tidy,clean and dry places.3.The place should be stable,non-hard stuff and enough bearing.4.Coils should be lie on pallet(like rubber or wood type) and the button of lock should be one the top.5.Coils cannot be put on ground or cars directly.6.Multilayer storage should be avoid,it's possible to crushed.If you cannot avoid it,please kindly let the bigger coil in size and weight on the bottom.and control the layers based on real condition at the same time.7.In case coil falls and hurts others,there should be enough space to crane.8.Steel cannot be soaked by any water.9.To reduce coil's move,please try to arrange room and place in reasonable.10.Steel's mechanical properties and parts of coating properties,like hardness,T bend and impact resistance will be changed with storage time.So please use those coils that were carried and store firstly.
