Facade Protection
TECON successfully introduced four kinds of facade protectionsystem into site applications, following different site situation and contractor's preference.
Three of them are Protection Screen (lifted by hydraulic cylinder), Self-Climbing Platform SCP(lifted by electrical hoist with chain block), Self-Climbing Platform SCP LITE(the aluminum version of SCP). All facade protection systems help the construction site make full closure at the slab edge and go up together with structure by itself without a tower crane lift. They cover height from 12 to 18m, with 1 to 5 layers work platform, thus are become more and more popular especially for high rise buildings.
Finally, the last system, the most economical handrail clamp can be erected on the edge of the concrete slab with timber or GI pipe prepared by the site.
