ERW89high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube forming machine is designed to produce welded pipes of 42mm-89mm in OD and 1.2mm-4mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangle tube.
The plain technical flow of the production line
Uncoiling→ Shear & butt welding→ Accumulator→ Forming → HF welding→ Removing outsaide burr→ Cooling(air & water)→ Sizing→ Cutting off(flying saw)→ inspection → Packing → Warehousing
