钻杆生产规格范围：2-3/8”、3-1/2”、4”、4-1/2”、5”、5-1/2”、6-5/8”。
钢级：E75、X95、G105、S135。
1、性能及优点：杆体管端采用内外加厚型式，最大可钻深4500米，接头螺纹采用磷化或镀钢处理；
2、产品用途：井下钻井作业，延长钻头进尺；
3、售后服务：可送货上门，跟踪服务；
4、包装：采用钢带捆扎，隔层板压装；
5、年供应量：20万吨。
主要生产设备包括：具有国际先进水平的液压墩粗机、热处理设备、冷热矫直设备、摩擦焊机、焊缝中频热处理设备、数控车床，以及完善的超声波、磁粉探伤检测设备。生产工艺过程包括：墩粗、热处理、热矫直、冷矫直、管体管端的超声波探伤和磁粉检测、摩擦焊、焊缝切削及热处理、焊缝检测。采用天津大无缝的优质无缝钢管作为原料，并进行严格的品质检验，从源头保证产品质量。
