开缝管在石油套管或管路上以多种方式切割出超过一定规格的纵向或螺旋式直列和交错槽。使用特殊的超薄切割板和光束切割而成，狭缝宽度（0.2±0.5mm）。接缝截面为矩形，梯形（梯形3-8度角）和形式（孔）等多种形式，可以保证渗透率为0.5％-10％，孔径的布置可以根据用户要求处理。

（1）开槽管适用于大于0.3mm的砂沙控制井直径。

（2）切边垂直，修边平整，无毛刺，开槽均匀。

（3）流量面积大，27/8“筛300槽/ 1.5米，是同规格管流面积的2.4倍。

（4）整体防腐处理，提高了筛管的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性，可延长使用寿命

（5）开槽管采用J55和N80油套管加工，强度高，不易变形。
