Definition:Spiral steel pipe is a kind of tongmaospiral seam steel pipe, which is made of steel rolling plate as raw material, often by warm extrusion forming, and welded by automatic double wire double-sided submerged arc welding process. Thespiral welded steel pipesupplierswill send the strip steel to the welded pipe unit, and the strip steel will gradually roll up after rolling by multiple rollers to form a circular tube blank with an opening gap. Adjust the reduction of the extrusion roller so that the weld gap is controlled at 1-3mm and the two ends of the wholesale welded jointare flush.
Application:Spiral steel pipe is mainly used in water engineering, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, electric power industry, agricultural irrigation and urban construction. It is one of the 20 key products developed in China.
For liquid transportation: water supply and drainage. For gas transmission: gas, steam, LPG. For structural use: as pile driving pipe, as bridge; for wharf, road, building structure, etc.
