27SiMn合金无缝钢管
27SiMn钢管广泛应用于汽车、石油、化工和航运等行业。27SiMn钢管经过正火和回火处理，内外涂磷酸盐。这种钢管主要用于淬火和回火状态下制造要求高韧性和耐磨性的热冲压零件（液压零件），以及要求高韧性、耐磨性的冲压零件。
27SiMn无缝钢管具有较高的淬透性，在水中的临界淬透性直径为8~22mm，具有良好的机械加工性、中等冷变形塑性和可焊性；此外，钢管的韧性在热处理过程中不会降低太多，但它具有相当高的强度和耐磨性，尤其是在水淬火中。
