Inside– this layer contact directly with heated surface, and we normally usefiberglass
cloth (600 C)orsilica cloth (1200 C)as our main materials – sometimes it depends on
customer’s requirements also
Middle– this layer is also important for protecting heat lost, so we regularly use both
fiberglass wool,rock wool and ceramic wool.
Outside– this layer is shown outside on the top level; generally, it is fabricated by
waterproof fabricsuch asglass cloth with silicone coatedorPTFE
(Polytetrafluoroethylene)to avoid water or fluid damaging insulating material
Note :ourPipe Jacket Insulationcan be changed to other materials by customer’s
suggestions and ideas to fit their applications and budgets.
