Slag Dam Slag Wall Impact Pad Skimmer Block Well Block Tundish
The application of slag dam could change molten steel flowing in tundish, makes the impurities float and purify the molten steel. Impact pad and protection pad can ensure the safety of tundish during service and improve tundish service life. Slag dam, Impact pad and Protection pad have good slag erosion resistance, higher crushing strength and longer service life. This product is made from fused magnesia with special additives after pressing and sintering under 1500°C.Structural feature: Directional pores are formed through appropriate grain-size matrix and additives after sintering. When the argon passes through the gas-curtain, air bubble curtain will be formed and direct the impurities to the top. This product has remarkable effect on impurity removal from molten steel.
