QTJ4-30C Brick Making Machine
QTJ4-30C Fixed Pneumatic Dual Function Block Forming Machine for Hollow Block and Baking-Free Brick is one kind of semi-automatic mode, which is developed by our factory on the basis of absorbing the advantages of medium and small sized block forming machines in the past. For this machine, one modification is made on the basis of QTJ4-30B so that it is more firm in structure and more precise in positioning of mould and pressing die head. Also, for this machine, the directional and vertical vibration by bottom mould and pressing and vibrating by upper die are adopted. So, the blocks produced with this machine are even in density and high in strength. For its material distributing system, it is modified into the pneumatic. For its pneumatic Pushing-Pulling mould mounting system, many digital travel limit switches are set up. The productivity is largely increased. (For this model, PC device can be equipped for full automatic block production)
