QTJ4-35C Brick Making Machine
TJ4-35C Block Forming Machine is a patent product of new type, which is modified on the basis of QTJ4-35A. Since putting into the markets, the machines of this model are well received by all the customers. This machine is very easy in operating. For this machine, a larger reductor of high quality is equipped, its key rotary parts are changed into bearings, thickened square steel frame is used, wear resisting material is adopted for its inside sleeves for directional positioning for four guiding columns, and its moulds and dies are treated specially so that the service life of this machine can be largely prolonged. For vibration of this model, the original vibrator is changed into vibrating box, for achieving vertical directional vibrating in order to remove the mechanical aftershock immediately and to enlarge the vibrating frequency. So, because the products are more firm and the qualified product rate higher, the production efficiency can be increased largely.
