Working Principle
The grab bucket is used to pick up loose bulk materials from the designated loading area. The lifting mechanism raises the loaded grab, while the trolley travelling mechanism moves the grab horizontally along the crane bridge.
The crane travelling mechanism moves the complete crane along the runway, allowing the material to be transferred between different operating positions.
At the discharge location, the grab opens to release the handled material. The lifting, trolley travelling, crane travelling and grab opening and closing operations are coordinated to complete the material handling cycle.
