Foam Concrete Brick/CLC Brick Equipment, Cutting Machine
Cutting machine is designed to cut blocks transversally and longitudinally.
Advantages:
1. Highly-automated: you can control the machine only by pushing the button. Thus one to two workers can complete the work.
2. Attractive appearance: the cutting machine cuts the block from the top to the bottom. As the result, the bricks are angular and flattening. This is the unique characteristic that many other kinds of cutting machines does not have.
3. Flexible: Different clients need different sizes. This point is the problem that many factories want to solve. And our factory has already solved the problem. Our cutting machine can produce bricks of different sizes: 600/400*200*100, 600/400*200*200, 600/400*200*300, 600/400*200*240, 600/400*200*250, 600/400*100*300 and so on. Our machine is also flexible on time. As long as the brick is not dry out, you can cut the block at any time.
