Cassette Roofing Machine
This cassette type roll forming machine is the special equipment for continuous rolling and cold-forming on steel sheet. There are two cassettes for different thickness, one roll former for 0.3-0.7mm, the other for thickness 0.8-1.2mm. It adopts coiling steel sheet as the raw material, declination, then continuous rolling and cold-forming, automatically cut to the size and output the finished panel to the supporter. The equipment adopts PLC control, AC frequency and speed adjusting technology, and it realizes the continuous automatically production, therefore, it is really a new type of energy-saving and high-effective producing equipment for steel structure. There are two thickness has two cassette, one cassette for one thickness.
DELIVERY
The machines will be ready within 60 days (excluding 20 days Chinese Spring Festival holiday) from receipt of the deposit as well as approval of sales contract, technical specification and profile drawing. The shipment will be made within 10 days after the seller receives the balance.
SHIPPING & PACKAGE
2*40GP TERMS OF PAYMENT 30% of the contract price is to be paid by T/T in advance; the balance is to be paid to seller by T/T before the shipment. Installation charge is to be paid before installation by T/T.
COST OF INSTALLATION
The buyer pays 1000 USD per set of production line for the installation charge. The buyer pays the seller’s technicians travel cost outside China, including round air tickets fee, accommodation and food, provide transportation from living hotel to the work place, necessary communication, and insurance, etc.
WARRANTY
Whole machine has ONE YEAR WARRANTY.
