Welded pipe production line
Description
We are renowned for tube forming machine manufacturing, and our Maxtube 16 pipe forming machine is specially designed to produce Φ8-Φ25mm and δ0.3-1.0mm high-frequency straight seam welded tube, square tube and special-shaped tube (δ≤0.8mm).
Application
Pipe forming machine is widely used in the bridges, airports and highways. It is designed to make different dimensions, sizes and shapes of pipes.
Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing process of tube forming machine is composed of uncoiling, molding, welding, polishing, sizing, straightening and cutting, etc. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within proper range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
