Description
Welded tube mill is the main equipment for producing straight seam welding tubes in many departments, such as metallurgy, machinery, light industry, and building materials, etc. As a renowned manufacturer, our Maxtube 115 tube welding machine is specially designed to produce Φ115-Φ219mm and δ2.0-5.0mm high-frequency straight seam welded tube, square tube and special-shaped tube (δ≤4.0mm). Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within appropriate range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling → shearing and end welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling →mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → finished pipe →run-out table
