Φ40-115mm metal tube production line
Description
Tube production line is mainly used to weld round, square and rectangular pipes. It uses roll forming to process steel strip into various shapes. As a specialized pipe making machine manufacturer in China, our diameter Φ40-115mm is specially designed to produce pipes with Φ115-Φ219mm and δ2.0-5.0mm (δ≤4.0mm).
Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing process of pipe making machine is composed of uncoiling, molding, welding, polishing, sizing, straightening and cutting, etc. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within proper range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
