Sliding/slipping formwork system for engineering construction/high-rise building contractor
The form sliding work of Civil construction,with frame, scaffolds, templates and lifting equipment.
Firstly,the top silo/building was assembled on slip-formwork support according to its design location.The inclined beams that supported the top silo was supported by profiled steel bracings and jacks.Radiative horizontal pulling rods were set up in the silo to resist horizontal thrust caused by the bearing.After that,the top silo/building was lifted with the slip-formwork support.When the structure has been lifted to its design elevation,the jack and support was replaced by profiled steel bracing to so that the top silo/building was fixed to the upper edge of the main cabin wall.Finally the reinforced concrete ring beam in the top silo was constructed.
