It eliminates debris from upside and this is the highest efficient way to eliminates chipping. So upcut spiral router bit is ideal for jobs which are deeper than 1/4’. It can be used for roughing, area clearance, cutouts, inlays and profiling; good for materials like Acrylic, PVC and MDF.
