Biomass Briquette Maker Design/Biomass Briquette Machine Supplier

Biomass briquette maker design is the newest equipment by using the abandoned rice husk as the raw material to produce the final bio-fuel briquette. The rice husk biomass briquette, 65mm in diameter and 4710mm in length, occurs in hexagonal prisms with a hole through the body .After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the briquette is capable of the arbitrary breaking and direct burning, suitable for the industrial boilers, family-heating and other purposes, capable as the substitute for the superior coal. According to the tests, this rice husk biomass briquette is characterized by high density, less ashes and smoke, easy for combustion, low sulfur and cost, 4500～5000 kilocalorie of the combustion value.

Biomass briquette maker design/biomass briquette machine supplier is used to make powdery biomass into large diameter sticks (with or without central hole). The briquettes can be round, square or hexagon shapes as required by customers. Usually briquettes are used for BBQ, heating boiler or also electricity generation. The biomas briquette maker design is so wonderful that it can make those waste biomasses like saw dust, tea husk, coffee husk, rice husk, bagasse, coir pith, straw, stalk, grass, groundnut shells, almond shells, etc. It can take full advantage of these biomasses instead of throwing them away.

Biomass briquette maker design also contributes to environment protection. We know that fossil fuels are finite resources and especially the coal is harmful to air. Biomass briquettes, instead, do not do harm to the environment. Its raw materials are derived from plants waste, while it only releases CO2 that do not contain any harmful gases. Excessive amount of CO2 emission can cause greenhouse effect, but biomass briquettes only release that amount of carbon which it absorbed from its growth. So we can say they are carbon neutral.

If you prefer to buy biomass briquette maker, you needn’t worry about your fuel cost anymore. As long as you have sufficient supply of biomass raw materials, you only need to pay for the power supply. Then you can enjoy the endless supply of biomass fuel briquettes. And of cause, if you would like to run biomass briquetting plant, you also need to pay for labor cost. But the biomass briquetting plant will bring you great profit, since the biomass briquettes can be sold in bags or boxes in supermarkets.

Choose the Most Reliable Biomass Briquette Machine Supplier:

If you are looking to buy biomass briquetting machine, you must want to find a most reliable manufacturer. The most biomass briquetting machine reliable manufacturers and suppliers must have high quality briquetting machines as well as strong team support. Besides, they must also have countless customers all over the world.
