The charger can auto activate the Li battery with zero voltage and it can alarm automatically when the bad battery can not be activated and it can not be charged. (the LCD show NULL)B. The Ni-MH / Ni-CD battery whose voltage is above 0.15V can be activated to be recharged, but the Ni-MH / Ni-CD battery whose voltage is below 0.15V can not be recharged and the charger’s LCD will display NULL.
