ISO 14443A&ISO 15693 HF RFID IC Module-M30H
D-Think M30 is independently developed by Guangzhou D-Think Technologies Inc. It is a IC read/write module with 13.56Mhz frequency which supports ISO 14443, ISO15693 protocol .This module is designed for PDA or other handheld devices. It is small size, low power consumption, long reading range. It is simple to operate for completing read and write through simple UART commands.
D-Think M30 module is small size, wide operating voltage and easily embedded into handheld devices by the TTL serial port.
